Overview & Objectives
This was a group-based Design Thinking project focused on improving the delivery experience for GrabFood drivers. Through user research and problem definition, we identified that delivery drivers often faced inefficiencies when navigating to customers due to unclear routing and poor map interaction, which resulted in longer delivery times.
Our team proposed an improved map interface designed to help drivers identify optimal routes more quickly and locate delivery points more accurately. The solution focused on simplifying navigation, improving visual clarity, and reducing unnecessary steps during the delivery process.
I contributed to the ideation and solution development stages, where we evaluated multiple concepts and refined the final design based on feasibility and user needs. We created a low-fidelity prototype to demonstrate the improved map interface and tested it with users to gather feedback. Based on the feedback received, we iterated on the design to enhance usability and efficiency.
The final solution demonstrated how a better map interface could help drivers complete deliveries faster and improve the overall customer experience. This project demonstrates my ability to apply user-centered design and iterative problem-solving to improve usability and delivery efficiency based on user feedback
